PLANT PHYSIOLOGY (BIO 3024) MDH LAB RESULTS

Results from the MDH Lab for the Fall 2009 semester are provided here.  There are four items that you will need for your lab report:

 

1.  MS-Excel File containing the spreadsheet for MDH enzyme assays [CLICK HERE].  This link includes results that should be included in tabular form for your report.  Note that all results should not be listed in the table.  Only those results you feel are pertinent should be included.

 

2.  Generic paragraph for your Materials and Methods section [CLICK HERE]

 

3.  Photograph of polyacrylamide gel from SDS polyacrylamide electrophoresis of Jilin (we called "standard") and Jilin mutant cell fractionation extracts [CLICK HERE].  Note the following lane designations, which should be described for the gel:
