Dr. Aaron Elmer
Most of my research has been in enzymology and molecular biology. My
Master's work was on organelle-specific enzymes related to chlorophyll
biosynthesis and my PhD work was mostly on enzymes related to sugar
transport. Starting at UCO, I've been exposed to alot of different
projects - including the one that Dr. Bidlack did on the roof of Howell
Hall. I did enjoy working with USDA Scientists in those days, and took a
particular liking to plant physiology. So, that's what I studied then and that's
what I study now. Currently, I am a professor at Murray State University
